We recently completed a full renovation of a family bathroom, shower room, and ground floor toilet room at a property in Beckenham. The project involved a complete strip-out and rebuild of both spaces, delivering modern finishes and practical upgrades throughout.

Here’s a breakdown of the work completed:

Initial Strip-Out & Preparation

  • Removed all existing bathroom, shower, and toilet room fittings

  • Carried out full alterations to electrical and plumbing systems

  • Laid new floorboards in both rooms for a solid base

Wall & Floor Works

  • Fully plastered all walls and ceilings to a smooth finish

  • Installed Ditra matting to floors for improved tile stability and waterproofing

  • Fitted underfloor heating to the bathroom floor for added comfort

  • Tiled and grouted both floors and all walls with a high-quality finish

Suite Installation

  • Installed new bathroom suite including bath and shower

  • Fitted new ground floor toilet room suite

  • All sanitaryware installed with precision and care

Lighting, Ventilation & Decoration

  • Installed extractor fans in both rooms for proper ventilation

  • Fitted new lighting for a clean, modern look

  • Fully painted both rooms to complete the finish
