Our latest loft conversion project in Bromley is progressing really well, with the structure now taking shape and the new layout clearly coming together.
🔨 Works in progress: ✅ Formation of three new bedrooms within loft space ✅ Construction of two en-suite bathrooms ✅ Structural framework and floor installation ✅ Plumbing and electrical first fix underway ✅ Roof alterations and dormer construction ✅ Insulation and preparation for plasterboarding
This stage is where the transformation really starts to show, and we’re excited to see it move into the finishing phases soon. A fantastic addition of space, functionality, and value to the home.
