Another full transformation completed by the Bromley Lofts team — this time at a second property in Beckenham. We carried out a complete refurbishment of both the main family bathroom and the ground floor, replacing outdated fixtures with modern finishes and updated systems throughout.

Removal & Preparation

  • Stripped out all existing bathroom fittings

  • Adjusted plumbing and electrical layouts to suit new design

  • Replaced old floorboards with new, solid timber base

Plastering, Flooring & Heating

  • Fully plastered all walls and ceilings, ready for decoration

  • Installed Ditra matting for floor stability and waterproofing

  • Fitted underfloor heating in the bathroom for added comfort

Tiling & Sanitaryware

  • Tiled and grouted floors and full-height walls in both rooms

  • Installed a complete new bathroom suite, including bath and shower

  • Fitted a modern WC suite in the ground floor cloakroom

Finishing Touches

  • Installed new extractor fans to improve airflow

  • Fitted modern lighting in both spaces

  • Fully painted and decorated each room to a clean, high standard

Two spaces, fully upgraded — now bright, efficient, and built for everyday use.
